Most projects are finished within a week of receiving your photos and text. Rush delivery in 4 days is $750. Your feedback speed and how complex the animation is can change the timeline, and we confirm the dates on the call before you pay.
You can pay in full before work begins, or pay a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% after your final approval, before the site launches or is handed over. Both options have the same total. Work starts only after the agreement is signed and the first payment is received. Paying in full means no further payments unless you approve add-ons or scope changes. You receive each invoice by email and pay online by card or bank transfer through Stripe, and a receipt is emailed when the payment goes through.
Cancellation and refund terms are written into your project agreement, which you read and sign before you pay anything. If you have a question about a charge, email christian@leonedesignco.com.
After final payment, you receive ownership of the agreed custom website deliverables. You control your domain and hosting accounts. Third-party software, licensed assets and preexisting reusable components remain subject to their own licenses and the terms of our agreement.
Yes. We can set up an optional content management system so you can edit text and images without code. We also offer ongoing maintenance if you'd rather we handle updates.
Our full redesigns are designed and coded around each client's brand, goals and industry. We may use established development frameworks and reusable technical components, but we don't reskin generic website templates.
Yes. Post-launch bug fixes are included for the period in your package, and optional ongoing maintenance is available.
